Job descriptionDraft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, and related agreements. Advise clients on risk management, project delivery, and dispute avoidance strategies. Analyze complex legal issues and prepare legal memoranda, Represent clients in litigation related to construction claims, delays, and defects. Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and briefs. Work closely with partners and clients in all phases of complex construction projects and disputes. J.D. from an accredited law school; admitted and in good standing in NY State. 3–5 years of experience in construction law litigation Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

They are currently in growth mode and seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of litigation experience in Construction Law. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level attorney who is eager to handle sophisticated matters, work directly with clients, and grow within a collaborative and well-respected legal team.
