We are looking for a dedicated Technical Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Sugar Land, Texas. This role focuses on recruiting for engineering positions, including application proposal engineers, within a company known for its water and wastewater treatment solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to recruitment and excel in managing the full cycle of the hiring process.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Identify and attract top talent for engineering roles, including application proposal engineers.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to build a strong pipeline of candidates with relevant experience.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate suitability and alignment with the role.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and efficient documentation.
- Provide regular status updates and check-ins on recruitment progress.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly for engineering roles.
- Strong background in corporate recruiting and talent acquisition.
- Expertise in sourcing candidates using various tools and techniques.
- Skilled in conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
