Director of Applied Technology

A company is looking for a Director of Research and Applied Technology - HR & Talent Advisory.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the applied technology roadmap supporting HR & Talent Advisory

Establish and oversee the build and deployment of an AI agent to enhance client delivery

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science solutions into advisory offerings

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in applied data science, AI research, or technology strategy within HR or professional services

Demonstrated success in leading analytics or AI implementation initiatives

Deep understanding of data modeling, machine learning frameworks, and analytic tool ecosystems

PhD in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline preferred

Proficient in Python, R, or other data science languages; experience with LLMs and applied AI preferred
