Our client is a broad commercial General Contractor that is seeking an experienced (3+ years) Project Manager to join their growing team. The company has been in Atlanta for 10 years but has a combined experience of over 100 years in the commercial construction space. In 2024, their annual revenue was around $80M and are at an employee headcount around 50. All work is local to the Atlanta area. They are ranked as fasted growing companies in Atlanta 2 years in a row. They also work on large complex join ventures up to $130M. They have almost a 99% retention rate since starting their firm in 2014.
