Location : Atlanta, GA and surrounding areas (Local candidates preferred)

Role : Full-time Project Manager with 5+ years of commercial construction experience

Requirement : Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or related field

Sector Focus : Diverse Commercial

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Skills & Experience :

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or similar.
• 5+ years of commercial project management experience.
• Strong background in adaptive reuse, historic renovations, interiors, or similarly complex commercial projects.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and trade partners.
• Skilled at reading / interpreting plans & specs and ensuring code compliance.
