A company is looking for a Shared Services Contact Center Specialist (10am - 6 : 30pm EST).

Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls and inquiries from clients and stakeholders

Provide accurate information and support regarding services offered

Coordinate with various departments to resolve client issues efficiently

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

Experience in a customer service or contact center environment

Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Willingness to work the specified shift from 10am to 6 : 30pm EST
