Installer
As an Installer, you will be responsible for installing and upgrading various lines of office furniture. You must demonstrate proficiency in using power tools and have a solid understanding of product handling, staging, and assembly. You will work with HMI and ancillary furniture lines and ensure high-quality installations.
Responsibilities
- Unload products from trucks and stage them in the warehouse.
- Inspect and document products for damage and quality before installation or delivery.
- Load and secure products onto trucks for transportation.
- Review installation plans with the senior installation lead.
- Interface with clients and contractors to ensure successful project execution.
Essential Skills
Proficient in installation, delivery, and attention to detail.Experience in construction, general labor, and assembly.Knowledge of mechanical installation and troubleshooting.Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and blueprints.Ability to perform repairs and use a tape measure accurately.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Valid driver's license.Ability to pass a 3-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.Successful background check.Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.Minimum of 1 year experience in furniture or equipment installation, warehouse operations, delivery, construction, or assembly.Capability to lift up to 75 lbs.The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 / hr.
