What you'll do

  • Provide a Positive Customer Experience by being Confident, Intuitive and Directive. Inspirational style is must!
  • Provide an exceptional Fitting Room Experience.
  • Develop Business by creating meaningful relationships with Customers.
  • Complete the Customer Experience with an Accurate and efficient Checkout process.
  • Address all Customer concerns in a proactive and helpful manner.

    • Other Responsibilities

  • Be prepared for work daily by knowing store and personal goals, checking daily figures,
  • and walking the floor for new merchandise
  • Stay current on fashion trends and sales knowledge and skills by attending trainings and
  • classes
  • Maintain the department, including stocking and maintaining displays
  • Be prepared to answer store phone calls in a prompt and polite manner.
