We are seeking an Advertising Salesperson to join our team. You will sell print, online, sponsorship and all other advertising products offered by the company. You will also manage correspondence (e-mail, voicemail / traditional mail), sales / production materials and billing correspondence.

Position Description :

• Sells advertising space including, but not limited to print / on-line publications, sponsorships and all web-based products via phone, broadcast fax, internet and face-to-face meetings with current and prospective customers
• Manages correspondence between internal / external customers via electronic and written correspondence
• Creates and distributes sales materials and billing materials
• Proofs advertising materials to meet design and copy standards
• Prepares and approves invoices; helps in collection of payments
• Produces weekly sales reports, responsible for quality control of advertising sales
