$10,000.00 Sign On Bonus

In Person Position, not remote or hybrid.

This position will support Inpatient and Community Outreach programs throughout Washington State (Shelton, Tumwater, Olympia, Tacoma, Tukwila, Sedro-Woolley)

Average Assignment Length : approx. 3-9 months per location. Sitting in as Interim Administrator, Clinical Director, Licensed Team Lead when vacant. May also have weekly assignments as needed.

Travel Support : Hotel and airfare covered through company credit card, as needed. Will travel in own person car, mileage reimbursed at federal rate.

The expected starting wage range is $127,357.12 - $157,289.14. Full range is $187,221.15. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Schedule

Full Time, salaried. Mostly Monday - Friday but evening / weekend when needed. Approx 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm

What You Will Do

The Floating Administrator-Licensed manages all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the designated or assigned Program on an interim basis, which involves ensuring regulatory compliance and actively overseeing quality assurance performance improvements. Additionally, the Floating Administrator-Licensed collaborates with all corporate departments and outside consultants and representative of the program to State / County agencies, community partners, and consumer groups and must be willing to travel extensively as they will be working in different locations throughout the region.

• Implementing and overseeing the responsibilities for clinical services and standards of care for our clients, and administrative needs of the multidisciplinary team.
• Continually communicates with community partners and all local systems of care that are in service to our clients.
• Oversees documentation by clinical staff and performs audits of Clinical Charts to ensure adherence to State and County Requirements.
• Assists with New Hire Orientation and ongoing training and mentorship for all clinical staff.
• Assists with recruitment, screening, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations and terminations of all clinical staff
