Senior Financial Analyst

As a Senior Financial Analyst , you'll play a key role in driving the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function across our dynamic hospitality portfolio. This is more than crunching numbers-you'll partner with leaders across Business Development, Commercial Services, and Operations to deliver insights that directly shape our business performance and long-term growth.

Requested Tasks

• Build and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards that support smarter decision-making.
• Analyze past and present results, uncover trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and forward-looking projections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather insights and align on strategic initiatives.
• Monitor performance versus forecast, investigate variances, and present findings to leadership.
• Support strategic decision-making with research, benchmarking, and industry insights.
• Safeguard the accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems.
• Champion Makeready's Guiding Principles in all aspects of your work.
