Missouri Licensed Primary Care Nurse

A company is looking for a Primary Care Nurse (RN or LPN).

Key Responsibilities

Manage triage calls and messages in collaboration with healthcare providers

Support patient care coordination within a collaborative care team

Transition to a hybrid work schedule after completing on-site training

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

For LPN : Diploma in Practical Nursing and active LPN license

For RN : Associate of Applied Science in Nursing or BSN, or 4 years of equivalent experience, and active RN license

2-3 years of experience preferred for both LPN and RN roles
