Associate Marketplace Manager, eCommerce (Americas Packs)

A day in the life of an Associate Marketplace Manager on the Americas Eastpak, JanSport and Kipling Commercial Team looks a little like this.

The Associate Marketplace Manager will be working on our Americas eCommerce team. The position is responsible for helping drive revenue in existing and new marketplace channels including Amazon. This position will require you to work closely with key marketplace accounts and third party agencies to achieve channel sales goals and metrics, develop and implement marketplace initiatives and identify new opportunities.

• Instrumental in managing, and reporting marketplace plans and performance.
• Identifying channel and assortment optimization opportunities in collaboration with internal partners and external agencies. These would include but not be limited to ecommerce buying and planning teams, merchandising, and marketing, as well as marketing agencies and the 3rd party marketplace management agency.
• Oversee cross-functional team and key stakeholders to ensure marketplace and Amazon store, listings, and A+ content is up to date and completed on-time.
• Ensure accuracy of product, pricing, and content.
• Assist with researching, developing, and launching new marketplace channels.
• Interact directly and collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure appropriate assortment by marketplace channel.
• Monitor competition and provide insights and actions to grow market share.
• Review customer feedback and marketplace health reporting, ensuring all issues are identified and addressed.

Hiring Range : $74,800.00 USD - $93,500.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
