About the Role

Join Haley Residential as an Acquisitions Analyst Intern and gain hands-on experience in real estate investment analysis, with a focus on multifamily housing. You’ll assist our acquisitions team with financial modeling, due diligence, and market research while learning how real estate deals are evaluated and executed.

Key Responsibilities

Perform financial underwriting and due diligence analysis for new multifamily acquisitions.

Support market research on demographics, rent trends, and investment metrics

Verify data accuracy and maintain financial model integrity

Assist with reviewing third-party reports and competitive property analyses

Collaborate with the acquisitions team on real investment decisions

Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field

Strong quantitative, analytical, and Excel skills

Detail-oriented with excellent organization and time management

Clear communicator with a collaborative, team-first mindset

Prior exposure to financial or real estate analysis is helpful but not required
