Field Support & Delivery: Entry-Level Experience

Job Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to grow and learn
• Previous warehouse or labor experience preferred but not required
• Team player / positive attitude

Day to day:

• Delivering essential parts to plumbing, HVAC, and electrical technicians on job sites.
• Maintain communication with the warehouse manager.
• Keep company trucks clean, organized, and stocked.
• Participate in on-call rotations to serve our customers when they need us most.
• Support shop organization and cleanliness.
• Attend training sessions to develop professional skills and explore career paths in the trades.
• $19/hr starting wage

HVAC Learn& Earn Program: Entry-Level Experience

Job Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to grow and learn
• Customer service / communication skills
• Mechanically inclined
• Team player / positive attitude

Day to day:

• Responsible for the service, repair, and maintenance of residential HVAC equipment.
• Working with experienced HVAC technicians, entering customers homes, and educating them on their options.
• 6-8 week training experience
• $20/hr starting wage
• Full suite of benefits

Third/Fourth Year Plumbing Apprentice: Mid-Level Experience Required

Job Requirements:

• Valid driver's license / clean driving record
• At least two years of plumbing apprenticeship hours logged with the state of MN, or 3500 hours
• Residential service experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude with demonstrated plumbing skills and competencies.
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
• Adaptable with a proactive approach toward learning and growth.
• Attend regular mentorship meetings, 1:1 sessions, and team meetings (L10s) to promote continuous improvement.

Day to day:

• Assisting experienced plumbing technicians in diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems according to codes and quality standards.
• Educate customers about their plumbing systems, providing insights and recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service vehicles, equipment, and job sites.
• Use Service Titan software proficiently for managing schedules, job details, and team communications.
• Stay updated on evolving plumbing technologies and industry best practices through ongoing training
• $30-45/hr starting wage
• Full suite of benefits

Electrical Apprentice: Mid-Level Experience Required

Job Requirements:

• Valid driver's license / clean driving record
• At least two/three years of electrical apprenticeship hours logged with the state of MN
• Residential service experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude with demonstrated electrical skills and competencies.
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
• Adaptable with a proactive approach toward learning and growth.
• Attend regular mentorship meetings, 1:1 sessions, and team meetings (L10s) to promote continuous improvement.

Day to day:

• Work alongside licensed electricians on installation, maintenance, and repair of residential electrical systems.
• Learn how to read blueprints, run tools, pull wire, and troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Keep job sites safe, clean, and organized.
• Provide friendly, professional service to every customerevery time.
• Attend classroom and on-the-job training to meet apprenticeship requirements.
• $20-35/hr starting wage
