Seeking a FINANCIAL SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
General Summary : Under the Direction of the Financial Systems Director, the Financial Systems Administrator role within Finance is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of financial software systems used across the Nation. This role serves as a bridge between Finance, IT, and other departments to ensure financial systems support business processes efficiently and securely. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial operations, system administration, and data integrity.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities
System Administration & Support
- Administer and maintain financial systems ERP platforms
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions in compliance with internal controls.
Process Improvement & Automation
Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to identify opportunities for automation and process enhancements.Design and implement system workflows and configurations to improve efficiency.ERP Application Support :Provide Tier Ill support for the Finance ERP (Munis) applicationGenerate and analyze reports as needed.Project Leadership :Participate in project testing, quality control, and implementation of finance-related systems.Collaborate with departments and team to ensure successful project outcomes.System Maintenance :Perform Quality Assurance testing for software module upgrades and changes, analyzing results to ensure software performs as required.Customer Support :Build and maintain working relationships with internal customers to deliver seamless support and understand business needs and requirements.Training and Process Documentation :Document processes and procedures to ensure effective knowledge transfer and system usage.Additional Tasks :Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to support the overall financial operations of the organizationMinimum Requirements : Bachelor's Degree or Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in financial systems administration or a similar role.Must have a valid Oklahoma driver’s license.
