Seeking a FINANCIAL SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

General Summary : Under the Direction of the Financial Systems Director, the Financial Systems Administrator role within Finance is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of financial software systems used across the Nation. This role serves as a bridge between Finance, IT, and other departments to ensure financial systems support business processes efficiently and securely. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial operations, system administration, and data integrity.

System Administration & Support

• Administer and maintain financial systems ERP platforms
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions in compliance with internal controls.

Process Improvement & Automation

Minimum Requirements : Bachelor's Degree or Experience

Must have a valid Oklahoma driver’s license.

Preferred Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
