We are looking for a skilled Paid Media Manager to oversee and optimize our digital advertising strategies across multiple platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive impactful campaigns that focus on lead generation, e-commerce growth, and full-funnel performance. Based in Lower Gwynedd, Pennsylvania, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between creative assets, audience targeting, and campaign objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Microsoft, YouTube, and other paid social channels.
- Manage high-budget campaigns, focusing on lead generation, e-commerce, and full-funnel growth to achieve measurable results.
- Optimize audience segmentation, retargeting, and remarketing flows within search and social ecosystems.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce ad creatives and landing pages that enhance funnel performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform-specific analytics, delivering actionable insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates to ensure strategies remain innovative and effective.
- Prepare and present detailed reports for executive leadership, highlighting campaign results and scalability opportunities.
- Oversee the execution of Performance Max, Shopping, Search, Display, Video, and Paid Social campaigns to drive growth.
- Lead cross-departmental collaboration to align media strategies with broader business objectives.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in paid media management, with a strong focus on paid search.
- Expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), YouTube, and Performance Max.
- Proficient in using Google Analytics and other tools to track and optimize campaign performance.
- Proven ability to scale campaigns and drive revenue growth through strategic optimizations.
- Experience in creating strategies for both lead generation and e-commerce initiatives.
- Skilled in audience targeting, remarketing funnels, and full-funnel digital strategies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.
