Production Team Leader role at Hyundai MOBIS Alabama, LLC - Georgia Plant
Shift : 2nd or 3rd shift. Base rate : $18.65 per hour with increases every 6 months for the first 36 months to $24.90. Shift Premium : $2.00 on 2nd shift and $1.50 on 3rd shift.

Responsibilities
Ensure Production Team Members have the proper tools and equipment to perform their jobsEnsure that product defects are repaired, minimized and returned to proper locationMonitor production inventory levels and communicate with material handlingUtilize all quality tools and support (TQM) total-quality-management within the workplaceMonitor and inspect incoming material to production line to ensure non-defectiveRecommend disciplinary action for production associates who do not follow company and safety policiesPerform other duties as assignedExpectations

Experience : 3+ yearsEducation : High School diploma / GED requiredEquivalent Experience / Education : 3-5 years of production experience in manufacturing / automotive environmentCommunication Skills : IntermediateForeign Language Required : NoMathematical Skills : IntermediateAdditional / Other Requirements
Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skillsAbility to make good decisions and take decisive action in a fast-paced environmentAutomotive assembly, JIT, 5S, Team Building and Lean Practices experience an assetGood verbal and written skillsAble to work OT as needed to meet production.
