Framing Field Supervisor :

Supervisor shall oversee all framing subcontractors, consultants and vendors on a daily basis. They shall ensure adequate manpower is available for each task and compliant work performed. Responsible for supervising Assistant Framing Supervisors.

Essential Functions :

• Schedule subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion and material delivery
• Perform quality control duties regarding work being performed
• Communicate with Project Managers and Project Administrators regarding job progress
• Maintain daily log (written) of activities on job site
• Walk all units on project daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning
• Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work
• Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner
• Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion
• Must be able to travel to location (Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee)

Experience :

Be familiar with Framing building codes
