Description / Job Summary

At 84 Lumber we're hiring immediately for an Outdoor Warehouse Person / Material Handler for our lumberyard in Chandler. We're located off of Arizona Ave & Willis just south of the 202.

Direct experience or not, we're a company that likes to teach. We do our forklift training and certification in house.

Schedule : 6am-5pm Monday - Friday with some Saturdays. Lots of overtime available!

Pay : Starting at $15 an hour, depending on *direct* experience. Overtime paid at time and a half after your regular 40 hours.

Responsibilities / Duties

What you will be doing :

• Keeps lumber yard clean, well organized
• Load and unload lumber and building supplies
• Operate a forklift to fill orders of lumber (we train and certify you in house)
• Operate a saw

Required Skills

• The desire to learn and master the job responsibilities.
• Must take and pass drug test and consent to a background check.
• Work in outdoor conditions, and ability to load and unload lumber and other building materials with or without reasonable physical accommodations.

Required Experience

High school diploma or equivalent
