Job Opening : Full-Time Bookkeeper - On-Site | Bend, Oregon

We're hiring! A well-established company that has proudly served the Bend community for over 40 years is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position-remote or hybrid work is not available.

About the Role

As our Bookkeeper, you'll play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting our operations. You'll be responsible for :

• Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Handling payroll and commission reports
• Preparing financial data for our CPA
• Maintaining and updating records in FileMaker
• Utilizing QuickBooks Online at an advanced level (ProAdvisor preferred)
• Creating and transforming price sheets using Excel and FileMaker
