Role highlights - What to expect as a Billing Specialist

In this role, you're the detail-oriented, organized, and efficient backbone in accounting. You will have a specialized focus in the following areas :

• Manage and conduct data entry for all payer type billings for services
• Weekly billing of multiple payer groups and entities
• Enter, process, and track Client service authorizations
• Prepare, print and mail invoices weekly.
• Support month-end and year-end close by ensuring all billing is done timely per Company guidelines and specific deadlines.
• Coordinate with the proper team member concerning denials in order to promptly remedy and / or reprocess.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
