KPMG is currently seeking a Manager IC, Tech Engineer to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a remote work opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Drive efficiencies and automation that help support the resilience of the Firm's most critical applications
• Set team goals and SLAs, offer and receive feedback while partnering with near-shore and offshore IT-DR teams; help set the IT-DR Lifecyle roadmap and identify unaddressed areas for solutioning
• Assign team members to the right projects at the right time within budget and timelines; ensure team members have skills and tools to perform their jobs, acting as point of escalation to leadership
• Focus on execution and tactical planning and participate in strategic planning; contribute to tactical plans and monitor monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance for the IT-DR Area
• Advocate alignment with relevant strategies, ensuring adherence to these strategies and related commitments while partnering with ERO (Enterprise Resilience Organization) and Risk management; utilize advanced technical expertise and resources to effectively guide IT disaster recovery and business application teams towards optimal solutions
• Regularly engage with department management and staff across Digital Nexus / functional processes to influence client expectations and provide well-considered alternatives and recommendations for improvements; ensure goals and objectives are consistently met
