Contract Administration Specialist
The Scientific Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting an exciting pharmaceutical organization that has an opening for a hybrid Contract Administration Specialist near Summit, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring execution of Commercial contracts from supporting the process from inception to execution.
- Support bid response, redlining / drafting, negotiation, internal approvals, execution, amendments, and retirement
- Work with sales and takes the lead in drafting and seeking approval of new contract language when necessary
- Maintain a repository of contracts
- Understand discounts, rebates, and other contract levers and tool sets for contract strategy setting
- Interfaces with legal
- Coordinate contract negotiations
- Coordinate post deal activities
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree required
- 5+ years experience in the pharmaceutical / healthcare environment in roles involving proposal development, bid response, contracting administration including writing contract adjudication
Additional Notes :
- Contract type : 6 month contract
- Hybrid position
- Pay rate range approved $60-82 / hr depending on experience
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
