Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with account owners to ensure seamless customer onboarding experiences
Conduct training sessions, system calibrations, and respond to support inquiries
Contribute to internal projects that enhance collaboration and improve onboarding processes
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in customer-facing roles and 1-3 years in technical support
Advanced knowledge of Windows, Office, and hardware / software installation / management
Bilingual fluency in English and French
Able to work primarily in the EST time zone with occasional flexibility
Willingness to travel occasionally for customer training and testing
