Process Engineer

who thrives on solving complex challenges, driving innovation, and optimizing extrusion blow molding processes. If you’re passionate about precision, performance, and continuous improvement—this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do :

Engineer and refine extrusion blow molding, injection stretch blow molding, and injection molding processes to maximize efficiency and product quality.

Lead troubleshooting efforts and implement data-driven solutions.

Collaborate across departments to launch new products and improve existing lines.

Develop SOPs, conduct root cause analysis, and drive lean initiatives.

Be the go-to expert for extrusion blow molding technology and process optimization.

What You Bring :

5+ years of hands-on experience in extrusion blow molding .

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Plastics, Manufacturing, or related).

Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Six Sigma, SPC, or DOE.

A passion for innovation and a drive to improve every day.
