Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mold Maker / Machinist to support the repair and maintenance of injection molding and thermoforming molds . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a machine shop environment , be able to read and interpret technical prints , and demonstrate excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills .

Key Responsibilities

Perform repair, maintenance, and adjustments of injection molding and thermoforming molds .

Operate and maintain tool room equipment including Mills, Surface Grinders, EDM, and Lathes.

Troubleshoot and assess molding stacks for service and ensure optimal mold performance.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics .

Ensure all maintenance activities meet quality and safety standards.

Experience with CMM and CNC machinery is a plus.

Qualifications

Prior experience in injection mold maintenance and repair (required).

Hands-on experience operating machine shop tools (Mills, Grinders, EDM, Lathes).

Strong understanding of technical drawings and measurements .

Excellent mathematical and analytical skills .

Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range : $22.00 - $35.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
