THE DAY TO DAY :
- MUST HAVE 3+ YEARS OR MORE OF MAINTENANCE MECHANIC EXPERIENCE.
- $28-34 / hr is the starting rate
- 3rd shift, 10 : 00pm - 6 : 30am, Plus weekends and overtime if needed.
- MUST BE OK WORKING 40-50 HOUR WORK WEEKS
- Follow the preventive maintenance schedule in accordance with the equipment manufacturer's recommendation and industry accepted best practices for all plant equipment.
- Maintain, repair or replace equipment, while performing basic mechanical and electrical repair work.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair, 120V - 480V 1 phase / 3 phase electrical equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
- Notice and report any abnormal conditions / failures and take required corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence of such conditions.
- Perform electrical testing, motor testing, fuse / continuity checks, and voltage / resistance / current relationships.
- Perform machinery and basic equipment examinations to troubleshoot defects and visual wear Perform machine shop functions (sheet metal, steel layout and welding).
- Detect and report defective materials
