Physician (Sleep Medicine)

GiaCare Inc., in anticipation of a future government contract award, is currently accepting applications for experienced, civilian Physicians (MD / DO) to work alongside the federal government within Sleep Medicine at Evans Army Community Hospital, in support of Fort Carson Army Base (near Colorado Springs, Colorado).

Requirements

Degree / Education :   Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.)

Certifications :   Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Board Certification :   Board eligible.

Licensure :  Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice medicine.

Experience :  Must have a minimum of 12 months in the last 36 months of documented current clinical independent experience and competency in sleep

medicine.
