This position is responsible for ensuring maximum guest service and satisfaction by orchestrating, through associates, the production of quality food and high standards of service.

Requirements

  • Four-year college degree in Business Administration or Restaurant Management preferred.
  • Three to four years of restaurant manager experience required.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain all required Starbucks certifications, including :
  • Barista Basics
  • Barista Trainer
  • Daily Operations
  • Starbucks Management Training
  • Starbucks Brand Training
