Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to lead and develop a team comprising quota-carrying sales professionals and Business Development Representatives (BDRs). The role will be responsible for driving team performance to meet and exceed company revenue goals, managing pipeline health, and coaching reps to maximize productivity. The Sales Manager will have the additional responsibility of hiring and training new team members, developing sales strategies, and managing the sales process for the team.
Job Duties
- Manage and coach quota-carrying Account Executives and a team of BDRs, ensuring alignment with individual and company-wide sales targets
- Monitor and optimize sales performance through regular performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans
- Own quota attainment for the team by setting clear expectations and driving accountability
- Develop and implement territory and quota strategies in collaboration with Sales Leadership and Revenue Operations
- Provide ongoing training and mentorship to improve prospecting, pipeline management, and closing skills
- Analyze sales metrics and CRM data to identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure alignment and maximize lead generation and conversion
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative sales culture focused on continuous improvement and results
- All other job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree5+ years of experience in SaaS or healthcare technology sales, with 2+ years of management experienceProven ability to drive team performance and meet / exceed sales quotas consistentlyExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsPositive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlinesDemonstrable success in performance management, coaching, and sales process optimizationFamiliarity with territory design, quota setting, and pipeline forecastingExperience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)Preferred Qualifications
SaaS and / or healthcare experiencePreference for healthcare experience in the post-acute industry particularly home health and / or hospicePhysical Demands of Our Work Environment
