Job Title : Helpdesk Specialist – Highview Imaging Application
Location : Annapolis, MD
Duration : Full-time (Up to 10 Years)
Job Summary :
The Helpdesk Specialist will serve as a primary point of contact for technical support, focusing on desktop systems, network connectivity, and Highview Imaging Application issues. This role requires a strong customer service orientation and a solid understanding of PC hardware, operating systems, and enterprise software.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide first and second-level support for hardware, software, and application issues, with emphasis on the Highview Imaging Application.
- Respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and resolve incidents efficiently.
- Maintain and support desktop environments including Windows and Office applications.
- Document helpdesk procedures, issues, and resolutions.
- Develop and maintain user manuals and technical instructions.
- Conduct user training on Highview Imaging Application and other supported systems.
- Collaborate with IT staff to identify and escalate complex issues.
- Assist in system upgrades, patching, and deployment activities.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field OR 3 years of equivalent technical experience.7+ years of experience in a business IT environment with a focus on PC hardware and applications.5+ years of experience supporting PC operating systems (Windows, DOS) and helpdesk functions.Experience with Highview Imaging Application (required).Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to document and communicate solutions clearly.Powered by JazzHR
