Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of communication between clients, project managers, trade partners, and internal teams.
• Assist in the development, tracking, and management of project schedules, milestones, and budgets.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, permits, and change orders.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
• Track client selections, approvals, and updates, making sure all decisions are accurately documented.
• Support trade partner management, including assisting with bidding processes, proposal reviews, and scope verification.
• Attend client and internal meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and ensure action items are completed.
• Monitor project progress and flag potential delays or challenges, proactively collaborating with the project team to resolve issues.
• Maintain organized project files and reporting systems to ensure transparency and accuracy for both internal teams and clients.
• Assist in onboarding new trade partners or consultants, ensuring they understand project expectations and standards.
• Help ensure smooth project handoffs between pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases.
