Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of communication between clients, project managers, trade partners, and internal teams.
- Assist in the development, tracking, and management of project schedules, milestones, and budgets.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, permits, and change orders.
- Coordinate procurement of materials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
- Track client selections, approvals, and updates, making sure all decisions are accurately documented.
- Support trade partner management, including assisting with bidding processes, proposal reviews, and scope verification.
- Attend client and internal meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and ensure action items are completed.
- Monitor project progress and flag potential delays or challenges, proactively collaborating with the project team to resolve issues.
- Maintain organized project files and reporting systems to ensure transparency and accuracy for both internal teams and clients.
- Assist in onboarding new trade partners or consultants, ensuring they understand project expectations and standards.
- Help ensure smooth project handoffs between pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases.
Who You Are
3-5 years of experience in residential construction, project coordination, or related roles; luxury or custom home experience is a must .Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Proficiency in project management software, preferably ProcoreAbility to read architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused and professional demeanor.Problem-solving mindset-you anticipate challenges and take initiative to prevent or resolve them.Collaborative team player, comfortable working with designers, architects, engineers, and trade partners.Comfort with budgets, schedules, and reporting, with an ability to translate complex information for clients and stakeholders.Strong sense of accountability, reliability, and professionalism.A genuine passion for delivering a remarkable client experience and maintaining TriCrest's reputation for excellence.Why You'll Love Working at TriCrest
