Job Description

Seeking a Project Lead to design, develop, and deploy a modern, secure, and user friendly intranet built on Microsoft SharePoint Online within the Microsoft 365 environment. This role will lead the full lifecycle-from design and branding through development, testing, deployment, and training-ensuring the platform streamlines communication, collaboration, and access to resources across multiple divisions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven expertise in Microsoft SharePoint Online design, development, and administration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD).
• Experience with site architecture, workflows, permissions, and content migration.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity standards, accessibility (ADA / Section 508), and records retention policies.
• Ability to conduct testing, troubleshooting, and user acceptance processes.
• Strong project leadership skills-able to manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
