What You’ll Be Doing
Operational Leadership
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily service and maintenance operations.
- Schedule crews, assign work orders, and make sure jobs run safely, efficiently, and profitably.
- Manage materials, job costing, and documentation with accuracy and accountability.
- Help grow the department with new trucks, tools, and systems as demand increases.
Team Building
Recruit, onboard, and develop top-tier service technicians.Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and pride in workmanship.Partner with leadership to forecast staffing needs and build a solid service operation from the ground up.Client Relations
Serve as the main contact for service clients, handling communication, scheduling, and quality control.Conduct inspections and prepare professional proposals and estimates.Ensure every client experience ends with confidence and satisfaction.Financial Oversight
Track key performance metrics — from response times to profit margins.Approve invoices, manage budgets, and report department results directly to leadership.Contribute to pricing strategy, forecasting, and long-term growth planning.What You’ll Get
