ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
With almost 4 years as a State Farm agent and a team of eight, I’m proud to lead an office that’s built around strong culture, accountability, and growth. I’ve worked in every role within a State Farm agency, which gives me a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed - and I’m passionate about helping my team do just that.


We make sure to celebrate our wins and our people: from quarterly team outings to office-wide lunches for birthdays and occasional breakfasts or lunches on me, we take the time to connect, recharge, and have fun together. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Bryan Nowlin - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
