Job Description : About the Role

The Senior Manager, Global Sales and Operations plays a critical role in driving financial insight and strategic decision-making across the organization. This position is responsible for managing key financial processes, including gross sales and margin analyses, overseeing essential balance sheet components, and leading forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analyses. With a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration, the role supports commercial, manufacturing operations, and supply chain organizations. The ideal candidate brings a blend of analytical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to influence through data-driven insights to support both tactical execution and long-term growth strategies.

Adequately provide resources for all assigned processes and procedures to fulfill requirements. Awareness of expectations is demonstrated in all relevant levels of the organization. Skills / Abilities

• Ability to build and maintain complex Excel or system-based models to project financial outcomes.
• Experience in creating and managing budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Analyzing actuals-vs. forecast / budget. (Proficient in variance analyses, including not limited to actual vs. forecast / budget / prior year.)
• Strong analytical skills to extract insights from large datasets.
• In depth knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS) financial statement analysis, and management reporting (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow).
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting, preferably Power BI.
• Strong communication, presentations, and interpersonal skills including the ability to interface with senior management.
• Capable of identifying financial trends / issues and recommending solutions.
• Self-starter with a natural curiosity and bias for action with the desire to impact the business through analysis / data.
• Proven ability to lead projects and high-performing teams.

Working Conditions

General office environment in Charlotte, NC. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but it may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. Lighting and temperature are adequate. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard equipment available. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and / or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Candidate Requirements

Education : Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

Professional experience :

7+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, cost analysis, corporate finance, or accounting roles, in a global or multi-entity manufacturing organization.
