Apply project management and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, or similar) to drive efficiency, predictability, and clarity in delivery.

Monitor project risks and dependencies, escalating issues and driving resolutions in collaboration with stakeholders.

Partner with Product Managers and Product Owners to ensure roadmap initiatives are translated into actionable project plans and deliverables.

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that matter most for project executions such as schedule adherence, resource utilization, quality of deliverables, and adoption outcomes.

Facilitate project reviews, status meetings, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement in execution.

Prepare and deliver clear project updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions.

Ensure documentation, handoffs, and closeout processes are completed for each initiative, supporting effective knowledge transfer and adoption
