What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor access points and observe activities to help deter theft, vandalism, and other security-related concerns.

Support Allied Universal management by reporting incidents, hazards, and / or unusual situations according to company protocols.

Maintain a visible presence at the location to help deter potential disturbances and provide reassurance to employees and visitors.

Handle security-related emergencies and / or incidents in accordance with training and site procedures, including the use of appropriate defensive tools as required for an armed post.

Minimum Requirements :

Have at least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

An armed guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
