Our Social Service Coordinators are full time / part time and enjoy working with our residents individually regarding their needs along with planning social and educational events.

Essential Functions :
- Engage residents while providing needs assessments.
- Support residents with entitlement applications.
- Enjoy establishing a rapport with residents while maintaining confidentiality.
- Plan social and educational programs for residents and staff.
- Assist the Housing Manager through difficult resident interactions.
Position Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in human services or related field.
- Preferred experience with older adults and entitlements.
- Willingness & Ability to participate / obtain HUD Related Training or other training as needed.
- Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.
