About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner for a 42-day locum tenens assignment in Pennsylvania. This opportunity begins on Mar 1, 2026, and offers a flexible schedule with both day and night shifts, including weekends and 24-hour options. The assignment will involve providing advanced neonatal care in a high-acuity setting and requires a provider who can work at least 7 days per month. A six-month contract is available to start.

Responsibilities and Duties
Provide care for a medical NICU census of approximately 75-80 patients, with additional surgical casesPerform intubations, umbilical arterial / venous line placements, PICC placements, and lumbar puncturesManage ventilators and participate in advanced respiratory supportCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive neonatal careEnsure documentation and adherence to clinical protocols and safety standardsAdditional Information
