Job descriptionMinimum 3 years of experience managing in quick-serve, fast casual, or café environments Must be able to obtain and maintain airport security clearance (background check required) Proven ability to manage scheduling, labor costs, and daily operations in a high-volume setting Strong track record of leading, training, and motivating a diverse team Hands-on in supporting food prep, beverage service, and register operations when needed Ability to ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and airport operational guidelines Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management tools Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest experience Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with high guest traffic
