We're Hiring : Senior Estimator – Base Building Construction

📍 South Florida | Full-Time | General Contractor

Are you a seasoned estimator with a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of ground-up high-rise construction? Join a leading GC in South Florida delivering commercial, multifamily, and institutional projects from concept to closeout.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead full-cycle estimating for base building projects ($10M–$150M+)
• Analyze drawings, specs, and RFPs to produce accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and internal teams to identify scope gaps and VE
• Build and maintain historical cost data and unit pricing
• Solicit, level, and negotiate subcontractor bids
• Prepare bid packages and support project handoff to operations
• Mentor junior estimators and improve internal processes
