We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our thriving Civil Engineering Department. In this key position, you will serve as the Engineer of Record (EOR) for site civil land development projects, performing and overseeing the preparation of construction documents, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the Engineer of Record for site civil engineering projects plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Manage and lead design teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, including preparing engineering proposals to secure new opportunities.
• Obtain necessary permits from jurisdictional agencies across Florida.
• Collaborate with contractors during construction phases, providing oversight, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance.
• Contribute to department growth by mentoring junior staff and identifying opportunities for expansion.
