Staff Solution Program Manager
This position is responsible for the delivery of programs through a methodical approach of planning, executing, and controlling projects from start to finish.
The Staff Solution Program Manager demonstrates solution ownership and guides teams through program execution process to realize strategic objectives of the franchises they support.
The ideal candidate uses professional program management concepts and frameworks in accordance with company objectives to solve complex problems in a creative and effective way and exercises a balance of independent judgment and group organization in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for planning, program management, and on-time delivery of major strategic priorities and complex large-scale system releases supporting the franchise programs across multiple Agile Solution Delivery trains.
- Build and maintain overall detailed project plan, Gantt chart, status updates, and RAIDE Register (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies and Escalations) integrating all cross-functional workstreams.
- Maintain and update project schedule and dependencies integrated with Agile teams, ARTs, and Solutions PI Plans
- Lead release-based program core team and steering committee meetings for assigned program(s)
- Lead project-related activities of project team members, providing guidance on conformance to established computer systems validation procedures.
- Identify and assess mitigation options for program risks and issues, and escalate as needed to ensure program success
- Assist Product Owners and core teams in problem solving and scenario analysis to assess impact of change requests
- Provide input to Agile teams and ARTs review during PI planning and assess impact of PI Planning output to overall plan
- Adhere to all regulatory agency standards, company quality standards and corporate policies.
- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally as business needs demand.

The position is hybrid at our Acton office.Travel is estimated at 10% but will flex depending on business need.
