Sr. Utility Accounting Analyst

Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Utility Accounting Analyst in the Greater Denver Area. This individual will be responsible for supporting accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting close cycles and development of subsequent internal and external financial statements, required regulatory reporting forms and filings. You will reconcile assigned accounts, analyze financial data and prepare complex accounting ledger entries, prepare critical reports for C-Suite stakeholders, settle inter-company receivables & payables, and prepare property valuations.

Skills and Requirements : 3+ years of professional experience Accounting or Finance Degree Big Four OR Public Accounting experience Experience with Alteryx, PowerBI, Tableau, Microsoft Power Apps or analytical reporting tools CPA MBA Experience working in the Energy / Utility industry Regulatory experience
