Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Med Surg Discipline : RN Start Date : 12 / 01 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, days Employment Type : Travel HIGHLIGHTS : Associate's or bachelor's degree in Nursing required A valid, current, full and unrestricted Professional Nursing License to practice nursing in any state of the United States of America, The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States Must maintain a current valid certification of the following throughout employment : Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart Association Complete Pediatric Trauma Care After Resuscitation (P-CAR) within 6 months of hire National Institutes of Health (NIH) NIHSS - NIH Stroke Scale must be completed (within 6 months of hire) Tuba City Regional Healthcare does not require your RN to have an AZ state license, RN license from any state is acceptable ADDITIONAL DETAILS : ORIENTATION : Every 2 weeks COVID & FLU EXEMPTIONS : May accept after declination form is submitted HOUSING APP : Must be submitted 2 weeks prior to start - form uploaded Limited housing options.
