Provide comprehensive primary care services to a panel of veteran patients Perform clinical assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care Educate patients and their families about health conditions and preventative care Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with VA protocols Vibrant Community : Experience the charm of a close-knit community with a rich cultural heritage and a welcoming atmosphere.
