The Consumer Experience Lead ensures optimized interaction between a company and members. The Consumer Experience Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. The Consumer Experience Lead may leverage voice of the customer, NPS, root cause, telling the story, call listening, member experience design, elimination and recognition of friction points, identifying automation / optimization opportunities, empower others in the organization to speak up and voice opportunities to improve the member experience. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years' expertise in service operations in a managed care environment.
  • 2+ years' project / government program leadership experience.
  • Experience managing teams.
  • Capability to generate and champion innovative member experience strategies with leadership.
  • Demonstrates problem-solving skills and investigative skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple, shifting priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
  • Must live in or be willing to relocate to Michigan, and report to the Market Office at times for meetings / trainings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of government programs to include Highly Integrated Health Plans.
  • Review board or advisory council experience.
  • Project management or leadership certification.

    Pay Range

    The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $104,000 - $143,000 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
