Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Supplier Program Management Specialist to join our Harpoon Coastal Defense Systems (HCDS) team in St. Charles, Missouri.

Position Responsibilities Experienced Level 3 :

• Provides technical and business support to meet supplier performance targets
• Develops stakeholder relationships and evaluates performance throughout all contract phases
• Conducts supplier assessments
• Reviews current and projected work statement to support procurement strategies and contractual compliance
• Evaluates elements of recovery, corrective and preventative action plans
• Provides data to support the communication of supplier performance plans, risks, issues and opportunities

Position Responsibilities Senior Level 4 :

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position is for 1st shift.

Summary pay range for Experienced Level 3 : $110,500 - $136,500

Summary pay range for Senior Level 4 : $128,350 - $158,550
